Rules

  1. Projects must create something that you can share with others

CreativeThunder can be used to fund a number of things related to arts: Music, Art, Merchandise, events, ideas and experiences.

However, every project needs a plan for creating something before it can be shared with the world. You as the creator, should at one point be able to say : “It’s finished. Here’s what we created!”

  2. Projects must be honest and presented in a clear way.

The crowdfunding community is built on trust and communication. With projects you must not mislead people or misrepresent facts. As a creator you should always be candid about what you want to accomplish.

  3. You can’t fundraise for charity.

Nonprofits are welcome on our platform, but projects that promise to raise funds to donate to a charity or cause is not permitted. Funds raised on CreativeThunder must go towards facilitating the project planned out by the creator.

  4. Projects can’t offer equity.

Investment is not permitted on CreativeThunder. You may not offer incentives such as equity, revenue sharing, or investment opportunities.

  5. Projects can’t involve prohibited items.

We do not allow any of the things below

We prohibit projects that are illegal, heavily regulated, or potentially dangerous for backers.
